On Saturday June 25th, 8 junior teams ventured out onto Cazenovia Lake for the final event of the 2022 season. With a tight race for the trail championship and a “win and in” scenario for taking first in the event all anglers were ready to get after it! High sun and no wind made the bite tough but these kids still caught’m!

Taking 1st place with 15.33lbs the brother team of Beckett and Sullivan Kraft! Taking second the duo of Park Terrell and Caleb Hildenbrand with 14.27lbs, and rounding out the top 3 the brother-sister dynamic of Carli and Christian Norris with 13.46lbs.

The finish created a tie in the trail for the bid, with the tie breaker being total weight for all 4 events in the trail, in the end Parker Terrell and Caleb Hildenbrand took the honors for the Junior Trail Champions!

Huge congrats to both teams qualifying for the 2022 Bassmaster Júnior National Championship July 29th and 30th on Carroll County Recreational Lake in TN.
